Las Vegas Shooter Wired $100000 to Philippines Last Week

Searches of the home of Stephen Paddock inset are yet to uncover a motive for his shooting into a crowd in Las Vegas

"I called her up immediately and she said, 'Relax, we shouldn't worry about it". Danley's sister also echoed the sentiment, saying Marilou had no knowledge of Paddock's plans and that "she was sent away". "She was away so that she will be not there to interfere with what he's planning".

"In that sense I thank him for sparing my sister's life", they added.

Sheriff Joseph Lombardo told reporters that Danley is likely in the Philippines and remains a person of interest in the case.

"This one is somewhat different than numerous ones we've dealt with in the past, because we don't have any immediately accessible thumbprints that would indicate the shooter's ideology or motivation, or really what compelled him to get there", McCabe said.

"Of all the people that they have interviewed, ... no one can put the puzzles together - no one - except Marilou, because Steve is not here to talk anymore". No one except Marilou.

Police and immigration sources earlier told Reuters Danley arrived in Manila in September.

The New York Times has reported Ms Danley has a daughter who lives in Los Angeles.

It is not yet clear when Marilou, an Australian national, left the U.S., but she flew from Hong Kong to Manila on September 25.

Authorities in the Philippines had communicated with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the US Department of Homeland Security regarding her travel, the spokeswoman said.

They said they were surprised to learn Danley had gone to the Philippines two weeks ago.

The sister said Paddock "done this exclusively himself".

Stephen Paddock, her live-in companion who killed himself moments before police stormed the Las Vegas hotel suite he had transformed into a sniper's nest on Sunday night, left no clear clues about why he staged his attack on an outdoor concert below the high-rise building.

Rand Paul: Graham-Cassidy Health Care Bill 'a Bad Idea'
If the Texas Republican sticks to that stand, GOP leaders will have little hope that their 11th-hour Senate push will survive. Anyone who experiences a similar disaster can imagine what other people go through in such a crisis.

The claims come after Danley returned to the US from the Philippines on Wednesday on an order from police as the search for answers to America's deadliest mass shooting in modern history continues.

Footage from inside the hotel also revealed Mr Paddock had set up a camera on what appeared to be a room service cart in the hotel hallway to warn him when police were getting close.

Investigators have plenty of evidence but nothing yet that points to a motive in the shooting.

Danley is a citizen of Australia originally from the Philippines and still has family there, Australian Foreign Minister Julie Bishop said.

An unnamed United States official told Reuters news agency that investigators were assuming the amount was intended as a form of life insurance for her.

Nineteen more guns were found at his home in Mesquite, about 80 miles northeast of Las Vegas, and seven at his house in Reno. It's unclear when the couple met.

Paddock reportedly used Danley's identification when he checked into the Mandalay Bay hotel.

Mendoza said the abuse came when Danley would ask to use his casino card to make the purchase.

The 62-year-old was allegedly sent to stay with her family by the shooter shortly before the massacre.

"This is a horrific event, and our hearts and prayers go out to everyone impacted by this bad act", Waltrip said.

Investigators say that the shooting rampage was meticulously planned and included specially modified weapons. She left on September 15.
